Swedish swimmer took home the gold but failed to break the world record.
The moderator’s first question was about her confidence in getting 4 medals in all 4 races that she is participating in. She believes there is the chance of getting more medals. She has 2 days off before her next race; the rest will come in handy.
The moderator then mentioned that Sarah was ahead of the world record by 0.11 seconds at the 50 metres mark. It seemed that the last 10 metres were difficult. Sarah agreed that in the 10 metres she was sinking, but she handled it well. He also congratulated her on the new world record from yesterday’s 100m.
Lastly, they discussed the relay race. For Sweden, usually Michelle starts the relay, but they discussed and decided to switch the order. Sarah will now start the relay and Michelle will be in the middle of the relay.
There were a few questions from the floor. One of them was if she is worried about being too happy about this medal which might cause her to lose concentration in the upcoming races. She laughed it off and confidently said no.
